Which data do we process and why?
When you use the contact form or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide yourself: your name, email address, optionally your phone number and your message.
We use this data to answer your question, prepare a quote and carry out our services. The legal bases are your consent, taking pre-contractual steps at your request and our legitimate interest in answering visitors' questions.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data no longer than necessary to handle your question and any follow-up. If you become a customer, we keep the data required for our administration for as long as the law requires.
Who do we share your data with?
We do not sell your data. To run the website and forward form messages we use processors who act only on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: hosting, security and visitor statistics without cookies.
- An email service to send messages from the contact form.
Cookies
This website does not set tracking or marketing cookies. To measure visits we use a statistics service without cookies. The contact form may use a security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) to prevent spam.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict your data, to object to the processing and to data portability. Send an email to yarne@ydv.be to exercise these rights.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
